Cristiano Ronaldo Workout Routine

Cristiano Ronaldo is a star of the Real Madrid soccer team. He is also an Armani model. So it's worth taking notes about his fitness routine and diet.

Ronaldo Workout
The crux of Ronaldo's workout is his soccer practice. He practices 3-5 hours a day which involves sprinting, running, and simulated games. These constant activity allows him to maintain a body fat level under 10%.

Soccer by its nature requires an athletic body with good balance. This helps Ronaldo maintain a strong core and six pack abs. Ronaldo's workout routine essentially incorporates HIIT training (high intensity interval training) with some light steady state cardio.

Ronaldo Diet
Ronaldo's diet is low in fat and low in refined carbs. He eats a lot of protein and good carbs though. He'll indulge in an energy drink during games to replenish his glycogen levels.

A typical day includes the following meals:
Breakfast: whole grain cereal and juice
Lunch: chicken with salad, whole wheat pasta, baked potato, or vegetables
Snack: tuna roll
Dinner: similar to lunch
